In-Person Support
It can be hard to reach out to someone when things are overwhelming. But conversation is a powerful coping tool. Talking or texting with someone on an anonymous, private helpline can relieve stress. Call or text 988 for support.
Northshore School District
School Counselors
School counselors are certified educators who are uniquely trained to equitably support success for ALL students. They help all students in the areas of academic achievement, career exploration and preparation, and social-emotional development, ensuring today's students become the productive, well-adjusted adults of tomorrow. School counselors' duties are focused on the overall delivery of the total program through school counseling core curriculum, individual student planning, and responsive services. A small amount of their time is devoted to indirect services related to system support.

This group was created for individuals who have completed our 7 session Cope2Thrive Program but is open to anyone who has previously undergone Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). We are hoping to continue our progress on turning automatic negative thoughts to positive, helpful thoughts. We will apply CBT concepts to our personal experiences to eventually feel less stress, experience less anxiety and depressive symptoms, and make healthier lifestyle choices.
